BIGTREETECH CB1 是针对树莓派CM4缺货问题推出的替代方案,所有输出信号采用2个100PIN微型BTB高速连接座与外面扩展底板方便快速连接(包括百兆以太网、HDMI等),板载2.4G WIFI。

Manta系列主板搭配CB1使用时,40 Pin GPIO为自定义的IO顺序,如下图所示,Pin 7引脚是CB1的"PC7",Pin 11引脚是CB1的"PC14",CB1的gpio编号对应关系为(Px–PA)*32 + Pin
例如
PC7 = (PC–PA)*32 + 7 = 2 * 32 + 7 = 71
PH10 = (PH–PA)*32 + 10 = 7 * 32 + 10 = 234
PC7在Klipper中的编号为pin: host: gpio71,PH10为pin: host: gpio234
注意:V2.1版本的PC口(PC6,PC7,PC8,PC9,PC10,PC11,PC12,PC13,PC14,PC15)逻辑电压为1.8V;
V2.2版本的PC口(PC6,PC7,PC8,PC9,PC10,PC11,PC12,PC13,PC14,PC15)逻辑电压为3.3V。

下载并安装烧录软件
树莓派官方的Raspberry Pi Imager:https://www.raspberrypi.com/software/
balenaEtcher:https://www.balena.io/etcher/
以上两种软件都可以使用,任选一种下载安装即可。
1. 将Micro SD卡通过读卡器插入到电脑。
2. 选择系统
3. 选择“用户自定义”,然后选择下载到电脑中的镜像
4. 选择待烧录的Micro SD卡(烧录镜像会将Micro SD卡格式化,千万注意不要选错盘符,否则会将其他存储上的数据格式化),点击“烧录”
5. 等待烧录完成
1. 将Micro SD卡通过读卡器插入到电脑。
2. 选择下载到电脑中的镜像
3. 选择待烧录的Micro SD卡(烧录镜像会将Micro SD卡格式化,千万注意不要选错盘符,否则会将其他存储上的数据格式化),点击“烧录”
4. 等待烧录完成
网线即插即用,不需要额外的设置
系统镜像烧录完成后,Micro SD卡会有一个被电脑识别的FAT32分区,此分区下有个名为"system.cfg" 的配置文件
用记事本打开,将WIFI-SSID替换为实际的WIFI名称,PASSWORD替换为实际的密码
1. 安装ssh软件Mobaxterm:https://mobaxterm.mobatek.net/download-home-edition.html
2. 将MicroSD卡插到主板上,通电后等待系统启动,大概1~2分钟
3. 设备连上WIFI或者插上网线后,会被自动分配一个IP
4. 进入路由器管理界面找到设备的IP
5. 打开已经安装的Mobaxterm软件,点击“Session”,在弹出的窗口中点击“SSH”,在Remote host一栏中输入设备的IP地址,点击“OK”(注意:电脑和设备必须要在同一个局域网下)
6. 输入登录名和登录密码进入SSH终端界面
登录名login as:biqu
密码:biqu
1. ssh连接到设备后,在命令行输入:
cd ~/klipper/
make menuconfig
使用对应的主板配置编译固件,此处以Manta M4P 为例

2. 配置选择完成后, 输入 `q` 退出配置界面,当询问是否保存配置是选择 "Yes"
3. 输入make编译固件,当make执行完成后会在设备的home/pi/klipper/out文件夹中生成我们所需要的`klipper.bin`固件,在ssh软件左侧可以直接下载到电脑中
1. 除了HDMI、USB、网口之外的所有的拔插操作请在断电的情况下进行
2. 注意CB1的散热问题。如果运行的应用消耗的系统资源过多,发热会比较严重
